Wellness Day at GRAB Singapore

Last week, I had the privilege of being part of the Wellness Day of an organisation that truly believes its people are its greatest asset and intentionally invests in their wellbeing.

I’m always encouraged to see organisations that prioritise the wellbeing of their people, recognising that they’re building more than a successful workplace, they’re cultivating a culture of care, balance, and meaningful human connection. 💕

Having spent more than a decade in the corporate world before transitioning into wellness, I understand firsthand the pressures of endless deadlines, overflowing to-do lists, and a mind that rarely switches off. There were days when even stepping away from my desk to the restroom felt difficult. That’s why I believe workplace wellbeing is so important.

Many of the participants were experiencing sound bath for the very first time.

Some drifted into a deep sleep almost instantly. Some shared that they felt as though they had journeyed to another world. Others found a sense of inner peace they hadn’t realised they needed.

One sharing, in particular, stayed with me.

To the lovely lady who shared that this wasn’t your first crystal singing bowl sound bath, yet this experience from my @novaasingingbowl felt so different and was one you truly loved 🥰 thank you. 🫶🏻💕Your kind words genuinely touched my heart. Knowing that this session resonated so deeply with you means more to me than you know. I hope the sense of calm and peace you found continues to stay with you long after that afternoon. 🤍

Here’s to more organisations that create space for their people to pause, reset, and recharge—because when people are well, they return with greater clarity, resilience, and energy to thrive as their best selves. ✨#GRAB
